The online mindful walk was a unique and beautiful experience! We all walked in our own corners of the world while sharing with each other online and being led through different mindfulness and meditation exercises. I was a total beginner to these exercises, which was not a problem. The video conferencing was easy to use, with lots of good instructions ahead of time. I joined from the U.S. (my tour was in English) so I also liked learning about the places where the other participants were walking, and that human connection made this so much more enjoyable and rewarding than trying to use a mindfulness/meditation app. A perfect lockdown activity, but I would enjoy this at any time as a lovely way to connect with nature, myself, and others.
