We will start every Friday with a 30min guided meditation for beginners, or for those who want to improve their meditation habit.
🧘 What are these Morning Meditations for Beginners?
We are exploring various techniques used by different schools and philosophies. Here you will learn different meditation techniques to use in your daily life. All meditations are guided either by Luís Afonso, the founder of Mindful Walking Tours and Ruth Frade, the creator of ZenRoute Project&Shop.
You don't need prior meditation experience. However, if you do have it and want to improve it, these sessions are for you as well.
These sessions are ideal for people looking to learn to relax, to deal with the stress and difficulties of daily life, develop their inner resources, explore the true-self and start nurturing themselves.
These sessions will be guided in English.
⏰ When are these sessions?
Every Friday from 7:30am to 8:10am. 30min meditation and 10min to talk about different topics.
🖥️ Where do we meet?
We will meet online using Zoom platform. You will get all the details after your registration.
✋ What do I need to bring?
If you want to sit on the floor, you need a yoga mattress or a rug (something to put under you) and a cushion.
If you have difficulty sitting on the floor, no problem, you can sit in a chair or bench, on a sofa, or even at the end of the bed.
It can also bring a small notebook if you want to point out some tips or if necessary for written exercises.
We advise you also to bring a blanket to cover yourself on the coldest days.
❤️ How much do I have to pay?
At the end of each session, we ask you to donate whatever you think is fair, according to your experience and what you can afford. The donations allow us to continue doing this work, sharing this knowledge, and carrying on our training.
